拉力试验机位移系统故障的处理

*、首先检查拉力机位移传感器。由于拉力机位移系统采用的是三闭环控制方式;所以应该先断开位移系统中的回路,使其成为开环系统。然后测量位移传感器的反馈值,重复几次以后,测量到的传感器反馈数据为一个线性变化的直线,判定传感器是否正常。

第二、接着检查放大器单元。如果位移传感器没有问题,应该重点检查拉力机放大器单元,正常的放大器单元的输出信号应该成线性变化趋势。

第三、如果不是上述原因引起的故障,则应检查电脑软件设定是否正确;或者重新标定和校正位移系统。
